Lockport teen accused of murder

A 17-year-old Lockport boy has been charged with murder and sexual assault in the August death of a 16-year-old girl whose body was found in a city park. Will County authorities said they arrested Andrew Morrow without incident Friday morning. He faces two counts of first-degree murder and one count of criminal sexual assault in the death of Kaylor Spells. Officials said Morrow was an acquaintance of Spells'. The girl's partially clothed body was found by a jogger in Dellwood Park on Aug. 26.
