The cast consists of six men and two women as follows:

• Barbara Smith -- stage age late 20s, tall attractive red head.

• John Smith -- an ordinary man whose appearance belies his eccentricity.

• Detective Sergeant Troughton -- slightly severe officer.

• Stanley Gardner -- bright appearing but not really.

• Newspaper reporter -- a large gentleman.

• Detective Sergeant Porterhouse -- middle-aged family man.

• Bobby Franlyn -- flamboyant dress designer, any age.

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Rehearsals will be announced when parts have been assigned.

"Run for Your Wife," a British farce by Ray Cooney, is about cab driver John Smith, his wife Mary and his other wife, Barbara. The wives don't know of each other because he keeps to a very tight schedule -- until he is involved in an accident. He ends up in the wrong house at the wrong time.
