Pistons pound Bucks

Tayshaun Prince scored 20 points, and Detroit put away host Milwaukee early en route to a 117-91 victory.

Chauncey Billups added 18 points and 9 assists, Rasheed Wallace had 15 points and 10 rebounds, and reserve Jason Maxiell scored 13 points.

Bobby Simmons and Charlie Villanueva led the Bucks with 13 points, but that came with the game already decided. Michael Redd scored 11 points and Andrew Bogut and Mo Williams added 10 apiece for the Bucks, who played their fourth game in five nights and lost their fourth straight.

Wizards 101, Raptors 97: Caron Butler scored 29 points, Antawn Jamison had 28, and host Washington beat Toronto in a game in which each team was missing its best player.

Butler went 10-for-18 from the field and added 7 assists. Jamison was 11-for-18 and had 14 rebounds for the Wizards, who broke a two-game losing streak by shooting 56 percent.

The Wizards improved to 5-4 without Gilbert Arenas, who is out several months with a knee injury, while Toronto is 1-1 without Chris Bosh, who did not make the trip because of a strained right groin.

Jason Kapono scored a season-high 23 points for the Raptors, and rookie Jamario Moon set season highs with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Anthony Parker scored 18 points.

Hornets 112, Mav 108 (OT): Chris Paul had 33 points, 12 assists and 9 rebounds, and host New Orleans snapped a 21-game losing streak against Dallas that dated to November 1999.

Peja Stojakovic hit a game-tying 3-pointer with 2.9 seconds left in regulation and finished with 22 points, while Tyson Chandler added 21 points and 13 rebounds.

David West scored 11 points and grabbed 14 rebounds for New Orleans, which won its second straight and snapped Dallas' two-game winning streak.

Josh Howard, Jason Terry and Dirk Nowitzki scored 19 points apiece for Dallas, while Jerry Stackhouse added 18.

Nets 94, Sixers 92 (OT): Vince Carter came off the bench to score 24 points, helping host New Jersey end a five-game home losing streak by beating Philadelphia.

Jason Kidd equaled his season high with 19 points for the Nets. Richard Jefferson had 23 and Antoine Wright 15.

Andre Iguodala paced the Sixers with 24. Kyle Korver and Andre Miller each had 14 and Louis Williams 13. Samuel Dalembert had 6 points and 16 rebounds.

Grizzlies 109, T'wolves 80: Rudy Gay scored 21 points, Mike Miller added 18 points and a season-high 14 rebounds, and host Memphis won for the third time in four games by beating Minnesota.

Stromile Swift added 16 points and 10 rebounds for Memphis, while Juan Carlos Navarro and Damon Stoudamire finished with 14 points apiece. Pau Gasol scored 13 points.

Rashad McCants scored 18 points and Sebastian Telfair had 16 for the Timberwolves, who were held to their lowest point total of the season and have lost eight of nine.
