Thanks for helping, Fremont Township

Fremont Township would like to thank everyone who participated in our Share-the-Harvest Thanksgiving program.

Scout troops and families in our area donated the ingredients to make a Thanksgiving dinner.

Elly's Pancake House and the Mundelein Police Department donated turkeys. Market Day supporters of St. Mary's School donated pies. Dr. Christopher Horak's staff and clients donated food items and gift cards. Students from Mundelein High School and Children's Corner Montessori School of Grayslake sponsored food drives and replenished our pantry shelves for the winter season. Bryan Hefferman sponsored a food drive for his Eagle Scout Project and donated the proceeds to our pantry.

This year, 60 families received baskets to make their holiday more enjoyable. We are very fortunate to live in such a generous and caring community.
