CareCoach: Lake Forest Hospital's CareCoach is a mobile health unit that offers Lake County residents free medical care close to home. The CareCoach provides childhood immunizations and free health screenings, including blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and asthma. The professional staff includes a community health nurse and a care coordinator who can answer medical questions.

The CareCoach will be visiting Vernon Township from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Vernon Township Community Center, Prairie View, 2900 N. Main St., Buffalo Grove.
