Shoppers seeking an upscale, low-maintenance residence for a fantastic price -- but without the wait -- have 10 great reasons to visit Deerbrook Place in Aurora: Joe Keim Land Corp.'s community of 103 townhouses now has 10 units available for immediate delivery, including several that are discounted by $15,000.
Among the 10, buyers can select from a variety of floor plans, including ranches and two-story designs with a first-floor master bedroom.
