Parker, Spurs stop Magic
Tony Parker scored a season-high 32 points, and the host San Antonio Spurs beat the Orlando Magic 128-110 Wednesday night for their third straight victory.
The Spurs (10-2) improved their home record to 7-0, while the loss snapped a five-game winning streak for the Magic, which had won its first seven road games.
Reserve Manu Ginobili had 27 points for the Spurs, while Tim Duncan had 20 points and 16 rebounds. Parker also had nine assists.
Dwight Howard had 34 points and 16 rebounds for the Magic.
Celtics 105, Warriors 82: Ray Allen scored 21 points, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett both had double-doubles, and host Boston beat Golden State.
Boston improved to 9-1 overall and has won its six home games by an average of 22 points. Garnett had 20 points and 10 rebounds, while Pierce added 19 points and 10 boards.
Reserve Monta Ellis led the Warriors with 21 points.
Pistons 98, Knicks 86: Chauncey Billups had season highs with 25 points and 15 assists, directing host Detroit over slumping New York.
New York has lost eight straight, the NBA's longest losing streak this season and speculation is growing that coach Isiah Thomas' job may be in jeopardy.
Eddy Curry scored 26 points for the Knicks.
Cavaliers 97, T'wolves 86: LeBron James had 45 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists to carry Cleveland over host Minnesota.
Al Jefferson had 30 points and 8 rebounds for Minnesota.
Wizards 114, Bobcats 111 (OT): Caron Butler helped make up for the loss of leading scorer Gilbert Arenas at least for a night, scoring 39 points to lead Washington over host Charlotte. Arenas underwent knee surgery Wednesday and will be sidelined about three months.
Raymond Felton had 27 points for the Bobcats.
Mavericks 100, Rockets 94: Devin Harris scored 22 points and converted a key 3-point play in the closing minutes, and Dallas rallied from a double-digit deficit for the second straight game to beat host Houston.
Yao Ming had 30 points, 15 rebounds and 6 blocks for the Rockets.
Hawks 82, Heat 79: Josh Smith blocked Dwyane Wade's potentially game-tying layup with 3.9 seconds left, Joe Johnson scored 22 points and Atlanta rallied a 10-point deficit entering the final quarter to beat host Miami.
Shaquille O'Neal had 18 points, 10 rebounds and 7 blocks -- his most in nearly three years -- for Miami.
Bucks 110, Lakers 103: Michael Redd scored 26 points as gist Milwaukee beat Los Angeles for its fourth straight victory.
Kobe Bryant led the Lakers with 27 points.
Pacers 105, Hornets 93: Troy Murphy made up for the absence of Jermaine O'Neal with 23 points, leading Indiana over host New Orleans.
David West scored 23 points for the Hornets.
Raptors 95, Grizzlies 89: Chris Bosh had 22 points and 19 rebounds, and Toronto overcame a poor shooting performance to beat host Memphis.
Mike Miller and Pau Gasol each had 16 points and 10 rebounds for Memphis.
Suns 127, Kings 111: Shawn Marion and Steve Nash led a 47-point first quarter, and host Phoenix beat Sacramento, the Suns' seventh straight victory.
Marion finished with a season-high 25 points, and Nash added 18.
Francisco Garcia led Sacramento with a career-high 31 points.
