WIU 75, EIU 57: David Jackson scored a team-high 14 points, and Nikola Bodic added 13 to help host Western Illinois (2-2) defeat Eastern Illinois.
Romain Martin led Eastern Illinois (1-2) with a game-high 16 points.
Minnesota 68, Iowa St. 58: Spencer Tollackson scored 21 points as Minnesota (2-0) beat host Iowa State to give coach Tubby Smith his first road win at Minnesota.
