Lies and money vs. day of prayer

Recently, I was one of over 1,000 in front of Planned Parenthood in Aurora. A beautiful, peaceful, prayerful day.

The dispute regarding PP is all about the truth being withheld from city fathers. They lied to the planning commission when asked if they had a client for the building and lied when they said they did not have the name that would appear on the signage.

PP is a nonprofit organization. They used the name Gemini Health Care (a for-profit organization) to obtain zoning. This, while knowing zoning laws for nonprofits require notification to neighbors, that they not be kept in the dark. Planned Parenthood operates under an "end justifies the means" mentality.

Recently a letter from Planned Parenthood continued. Cecile Richards, president of PP, calls a national effort of prayer in front of American abortuaries, "the largest anti choice protest we have seen in a long time." This, a 40-day effort through prayer, of asking Almighty God to guide the mother to choose life for her child. No relentless attack, unless prayers such as the rosary qualify.

Then Ms. Richards says "we have been in business for 90 years, and we need your help now. Today, there is only one way to help: with money."

Interesting that the only thing the nation's largest abortion chain can ask for in response to 40 days of prayer is money.

Then again, that's what it is all about with Planned Parenthood: lies and money.
