Geneva holiday house tour to feature e homes; prizes

Five distinctive homes--four historic and one contemporary--will be showcased in the annual Geneva Christmas House Tour.

Visitors will be able to take self-guided tours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 7 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 8.

The houses are festively decorated for the holidays by five local decorators -- Elizabeth Wray Design, Past Basket, Scentimental Gardens, The Pure Gardener and Transformations by Kay.

This year's ticket includes a Holiday Tea held at the Congregational Church in Geneva and a raffle ticket for prizes totaling over $3,000.

• "Shopping Spree" -- a lighted table-top Christmas tree decorated with merchant gifts and gift certificates

• Decorated "Upside Down" Christmas tree
