Parkview condo sales start today

Preconstruction sales of the Parkview condominiums in Arlington Heights will begin at noon today with the grand opening of the development's sales center.

Construction is set to begin in the next couple months for the condominiums, located on the southwest corner of Dunton and Eastman.

The sales center will be in the Baird & Warner office at 210 W. Northwest Hwy., a block west of the site.

Baird & Warner and Claudia Starck have been retained to be the exclusive marketing agents of the project, built by Bernard Katz and Associates of Highland Park and designed by Tinaglia Architects of Arlington Heights.

There are 49 units, and prices start at $279,900. One- and two-bedrooms condos, some with dens and balconies, will be available, as will two penthouses with more than 2,700 square feet of floor space and wraparound terraces.

The community room will include access to a large terrace/green roof.

Parkview is close to the Metra train station, restaurants, specialty shops and a free parking garage.

The Parkview sales center will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, closed on Tuesdays. It is also open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For information, call (847) 818-6071 or stop in to view the floor plans.
