16 condos still available at The Residences at 8200
Norwood Builders will showcase three condo and townhouse communities in Skokie during a Parade of Models.
Shoppers can walk through many finished and furnished units available for early delivery, including several furnished models, at The Residences and Townhouses at 8200 and Madison Place.
Sixteen condominiums remain for sale at The Residences at 8200 on Lincoln Avenue in downtown Skokie, including many units available for occupancy within 30 days -- three of which are furnished models. Four homes are in the process of being finished and are ready for move-in within 90 days.
The remaining Residences at 8200 each include one to two bedrooms and one to two baths plus den ranging from 990 to 1,622 square feet. Base prices are $274,900 to $459,900. Monthly assessments of $171 to $364 cover the maintenance of all common areas, green spaces, walkways, driveways and landscaping as well as insurance on common property.
Four townhouses remain at The Townhomes at 8200 at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Cleveland Street. Three are available for delivery within 30 days, including a furnished model, and one can be moved into within 90 days. They are priced from $429,900 to $509,900.
The townhouses each include row-house-style three-story floor plans that offer two bedrooms plus den, 2½ baths, a family room, and 1,805 square feet. An attached, rear-loaded, two-car garage is on the ground level and a partial, finished basement on the lower level.
Norwood's third Skokie community, Madison Place, is on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Madison Street. Five units remain starting at $306,900, including three fully furnished models.
One penthouse is available for immediate delivery at Madison Place. It includes two parking spaces, two private storage rooms and balconies.
Monthly assessments ranging from $243 to $495 include heat, water, gas, cable TV, snow and refuse removal, common area maintenance, landscaping, parking, and building insurance and management.
