Help third-world countries by shopping at craft fair

Find unique, international gifts and help third-world countries at the same time by shopping at the "Ten Thousand Villages" Craft Sale on Sunday at Barrington United Methodist Church, 98 Algonquin Road, at Route 59 in Barrington.

From 9 until 10:30 a.m. and from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., you will find beautiful, handcrafted items on display in the narthex at the church.

"Ten Thousand Villages" is a Christian agency which pays artisans a fair price for their work, and for the last few years BUMC has sold enough in one day to support a family of four for an entire year.For information, call (847) 382-9530.
