Briefs: ISCO International inks merger deal
ELK GROVE VILLAGE -- ISCO International Inc., a provider of radio-frequency management and interference-control systems for the wireless telecommunications industry, and Clarity Communication Systems Inc., a private company based in Aurora that sells applications for mobile networks and devices, signed a merger agreement. ISCO announced that it intends to file a proxy statement for its shareholders later this month.
Dinner by Design brings in LCD TVs
GRAYSLAKE -- Dinner by Design, a meal assembly company, signed an agreement with Arlington Heights-based Kinetic Imagery to be the first retail foodservice organization to offer digital, flat screen entertainment, information and advertising in all of its locations nationwide. According to Dinner by Design President John Matthews, this agreement offers a new way for consumer product and service companies to reach a highly desirable market segment. Customers who visit Dinner by Design kitchens will be able to view informative content on 46-inch LCD.
