The Ponds of Bull Valley willing to wait for your sale

Buyers may buy new houses contingent upon the sale of their current homes at The Ponds of Bull Valley in northwest suburban Woodstock.

Buyers who wish to use the incentive have four months to sell their existing home once they have signed a contract to purchase at The Ponds of Bull Valley. If they do not sell within that time frame, they may opt out of the agreement.

Located on McConnell Road just east of Route 47, The Ponds of Bull Valley offers nine floor plans measuring 1,656 to 2,870 square feet with three to four bedrooms, two to 2½ baths, three-car garages and full basements, per plan.
