Ryland offering nationwide incentives

Ryland Homes is offering savings of up to 25 percent off on a premium selection of homes in its first nationwide weekend sales event.

The Ryland Homes Savings Spectacular runs through Sunday in 28 cities and 17 states across the country.

Home buyers can visit one of Ryland Homes' nine communities in the Illinois market to take advantage of savings ranging from $20,087 to $116,122 off on a wide variety of Ryland's most popular floor plans for ready-to-move-in homes. For example, a four-bedroom, 2½-bath, 3,779-square-foot Ryland home in Bryn Mawr that was $566,112 before the sale is now offered at $449,990.

"Even though it's a buyer's market, a lot of home shoppers are still sitting on the sidelines," said Bob Meyn, Ryland Homes' Illinois Division vice president of sales and marketing. "Ryland Homes' Savings Spectacular should give them the confidence that they're getting an outstanding home at a bargain price and the motivation to act now or miss out on a spectacular deal."

Ryland Homes communities throughout the Illinois Division area will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, giving home buyers time to shop for a great deal on a new home.
