Incentives available at Heritage Homes in North Lawndale

Buyers can get new financial incentives for immediate-delivery homes at Heritage Homes in North Lawndale.

Located at Polk Street and Kedzie Avenue in Chicago, a ten-minute drive downtown, the community offers 108 homes including townhouses, duplexes and walk-up condominiums.

Homes have one to three bedrooms and one to three baths. One-bedroom condos start at $169,900; three-bedroom condos at $236,900; two-bedroom duplexes at $279,900; and three-bedroom townhouses at $334,900. All include garage parking in their base price.

Thousands of dollars in incentives are available on homes ready for immediate move-in, bringing prices near pre-construction levels.

Heritage Homes' variety of floor plans is attracting everyone from single buyers and young professional couples to empty-nesters.

The sales center is open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday, Thursday and Friday, and noon until 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
