Briefs: Mutual Trust names new CEO
OAK BROOK -- Stephen Batza will join Mutual Trust Financial Group as president and chief executive officer effective Monday, according to the firm. Batza replaces Gary L. Eisenbarth, who is retiring after 13 years as the organization's president and CEO. Batza comes to Mutual Trust from Liberty Mutual Group where he was executive vice president and chief operating officer in charge of the life insurance operation.
Plante & Moran moves Elgin office
ELGIN --Plante & Moran, a CPA and business consulting firm, moved its Elgin office, taking 27,500 square feet of professional office space on the second floor of the 2155 Point Blvd. building. The office, which is now open, gives Plante & Moran 10,000 more square feet than its previous office.
