Uribe, Sox agree to one-year deal

The White Sox on Wednesday agreed to terms on a one-year contract with shortstop Juan Uribe.

Uribe will earn $4.5 million in 2008.

Uribe, 29, batted .234 with 20 home runs and 68 RBI in 150 games for the White Sox in 2007.

Did you want Uribe back?

Are you happy that the White Sox are re-signing Juan Uribe? After a disappointing 2007 season, do you want him out there at shortstop on an everyday basis in 2008? Would you prefer the White Sox still go out and find another shortstop?
