Generosity toward PADS appreciated

The Realtors of Baird & Warner, North Randall office in Carpentersville, wish to take this opportunity to thank the generous people of the Elgin area for their overwhelming participation in our Make a Difference Day needs drive Oct. 27.

During our four hours in from of Wal-Mart on Randall Road. we collected two vehicles (more than 40 boxes) full of items for PADS of Elgin and were able to supply PADS with such items as coffee, tea, paper goods, blue jeans, boots, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent and other items.

We were overwhelmed by the generosity and thank Wal-Mart for allowing us to stand in front of its store.

Thank you to the Realtors and their children who participated in this event and made it one of our best events yet. The people of the Elgin area are extremely generous and we thank them.
