Condell event to aid cancer care services

The Auxiliary of Condell Medical Center's "Carnivale in Venice: A Venetian Masquerade," will be held from 6 p.m. to midnight Saturday at the Twin Orchard Country Club in Long Grove. Black-tie is optional; masks are encouraged. The event will feature fine dining, music provided by the Roy Vombrack Orchestra and ballroom dancing.

Guests will be invited to take part in silent and live auctions and a 50/50 cash raffle "3 Coins in the Fountain." Proceeds raised at this year's benefit gala will benefit Condell Medical Center's cancer care services. Condell offers screening and diagnostic imaging; radiation oncology center; surgical services; outpatient infusion center; complete radiology services; women's cancer care; education and support groups; and physician referral and health resources.
