Here's a proposed deal for liberals

Let me get this straight. Fence Posters who hate the Republicans are sick to their stomach over Larry Craig and Mark Foley.

Let's see now. Craig pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor, and the last time I heard, prosecutors in the Foley case last remarked, "... we're not sure there is anything to prosecute here."

But the same people have no problem with President Obama pulling put our troops in Iraq even if it means certain genocide, or Nancy Pelosi's attacks on Turkey in an attempt to aggravate them into closing off Turkish supply lines hoping it will choke off supplies to our troops and force President Bush to withdraw from Iraq?

Misdemeanor and gag e-mails are intolerable. Genocide and treason are just fine. Rather than perpetually argue back and forth, how about the following solution to our differences.

Anyone who is a registered Democratic voter, and their immediate families, are exempt for serving in the war on terror. Family members already in the armed forces can remain stateside unless they volunteer for duty overseas. To reciprocate, though, since Republicans and conservatives will be fighting the war, Democrats and liberals must agree to keep their big stupid mouths shut about the execution of the war.

Likewise, Republicans who did not vote for the tax-and spend liberals will not have to pay their tax hikes. Between Blagojevich, Stroger, Daley and Hillary care, we're talking about $1 trillion every three to four years. You voted for them, you sign up for socialized health care, and you pay the taxes. We reciprocate by keeping our mouths shut about liberal policies as they socialize your health care, skyrocket your mortality rate, and tax the living daylights out of you.

Do we have a deal?
