Dartmoor Homes is offering 30-day delivery on several ultra luxury homes at Timber Trails of Western Springs. Placed on the rolling landscape of a former golf course with mature stands of trees, the heavily optioned two-story townhouses, are priced from $630,000 to $750,000. The 2,217-square-foot townhouses available for immediate delivery are nearly complete, but potential buyers still have the opportunity to choose carpeting, tile, cabinetry and other trim items.
Timber Trails maintenance-free brick and Hardi Plank-clad homes come with many standard features: fireplaces, hardwood flooring, decorative columns, vaulted ceilings, full basements (per plan), soaking tubs, two-car garages and central air-conditioning.
