Buyers are now taking advantage of pre-construction pricing starting in the low $500s at Amberley Woods Condominiums in Lake Forest, which will include 90 luxury residences.
The builder, Residential Homes of America, Inc., is willing to customize floor plans for buyers. That may mean moving a non-bearing interior wall, enlarging an opening or moving a doorway.
Amberley Woods features two four-story masonry buildings. Each building will contain 45 condominiums that are nestled against a wooded preserve of over 9.5 private acres. The location is on the former Blithefield Estate.
Homes range in size from 1,363 to 2,648 square feet. The layouts feature two to three bedrooms, two to three baths, master suites with walk-in closets and private baths, private balconies, great rooms and two indoor heated garage spaces (per plan).
Buyers at Amberley Woods Condominiums can ask for custom electrical and sound systems to accommodate a home theater or office. Buyers could also move or change the size of the center island in the kitchen, add an art niche or create a different configuration for certain rooms. RHA can accommodate practically any non-structural interior change to the floor plans at Amberley Woods.
Options include closet storage lockers, wine coolers, twin dishwashers and plasma television pre-wiring. Also available are premium fixtures, finishes and millwork, including crown molding and gas fireplaces.
Standard features include 10-foot ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas, a complete Jenn-Air stainless steel appliance package including a side-by-side refrigerator, granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath, Corian vanity tops in the secondary baths and 42-inch kitchen cabinets.
All outdoor landscape maintenance, snow removal, window washing, refuse collection and basic cable television service is covered by a monthly association fee. Amberley Woods is a pet-friendly community.
The condominiums at Amberley Woods are located in Lake Forest, just across from RHA's corporate headquarters and west of Conway Farms Drive.
