Group offers lots of help to new moms
In reply to the recent Fence Post letter written by Anne Ahrens in which she states, "I have not heard of any pro-life organization helping a mother after she has demurred to the organization's wishes and had the baby" -- I would like to invite her to PHD, meaning Preservation of Human Dignity, which is located on Northwest Highway in the Eurofresh Center in Palatine.
PHD serves over 3,000 clients a year. They supply layettes (worth at least $300) to expectant mothers, as well as diapers, baby food, formula and clothing, free of charge, to the new baby and to siblings up to size 6. They also sponsor parenting classes and other self-help seminars to assist the families in every way possible.
Stop by to see the smiling proud faces of the new mothers and fathers who chose to give their babies life, under the hardest circumstances, and will never have to regret aborting their child.
Over 200 volunteers will be happy to show her this pro-life group in operation.
