Aurora University women advance
Top-seeded Aurora University (18-2-1, 12-0) took a tight Northern Athletics Conference women's soccer semifinal 2-1 over the Concordia (Wis.) Falcons on Thursday.
Jessica Novickas scored her 18th goal on an assist from Katie Powell. Alex Contreras scored the game-winner on a penalty kick.
Aurora will host the championship game on Saturday against Dominican at a time to be announced.
