Briefs: Keller Williams new unit unveiled

ST. CHARLES -- Keller Williams Fox Valley Realty is launching a new commercial real estate and investment division in St. Charles. The commercial and investment unit is an extension of the local residential real estate franchise office of Austin, Texas-based Keller Williams Realty.

Wingstop opening more franchises

ST. CHARLES -- Four franchise corporations have signed individual agreements with Wingstop to open 13 new restaurants and expand the chicken-wing chain throughout the Chicago area. Andy Bhasin and his company, Wings N Wings Inc., will open three restaurants in the Chicago area, with the first located in St. Charles. Wingstop is nearing 600 locations open or under development nationwide, said the Dallas-based restaurant chain.
