Politicians want only to raise taxes

The politicians are all going insane. While rising prices are destroying homeowners' dreams, elected crooks are determined to put the final, fatal bite on Illinois taxpayers.

Raise taxes on gasoline, bottled water, parking, real estate. Raise fares on Metra and the CTA. Raise taxes on cigarettes, tobacco, etc.

Raise, raise, raise, raise, raise! That seems to be the only word in their vocabulary. Are we getting better services? No! We are paying to support all of Todd Stroger's friends and relatives on the gravy-train payroll. We are paying for all the amoeba-brained Cro-Magnons on the patronage bandwagon, most notably the army of brainless wonders in the Cook County court system.

We are paying to enrich all of Mayor Daley's associates and assorted "felons." Daley's friends and political allies cleaned up on the hired truck scandal. But Daley knows nothing about any improprieties. These politicians have become increasingly arrogant and condescending with their monetary maneuvers. Corruption doesn't exist in Cook County; it flourishes.

The taxpayers are also forced to pay for all the illegal aliens flooding the country that our president and Congress do nothing about. We are paying for the health, schooling, welfare, food stamps, incarceration, etc. of all these unwanted parasites.

Our government only looks out for big business. The government is arresting the border guards and letting the drug dealers go free!

It's time for the taxpayers to vote all of these corrupt politicians out of office. Don't forget what the politicians did to you the next time you go to vote! Otherwise, expect more of the same.
