Choose from many half-acre sites

Buyers can now choose from 30 new home sites measuring up to a half-acre in size at Covington Knolls in Lemont. The new sites are in the back of the community, with many cul-de-sac locations.

Located in Cook County, just west of the 127th Street exit for the I-355 extension scheduled to open in November, Covington Knolls is a neighborhood of single-family homes ranging from 1,850 to 3,700 square feet in size and currently priced from $393,800 to $513,700.

Eighteen floors plans including ranch and two-story semi-custom home designs are available with three to four bedrooms; two to 3½ baths; basements; partial brick exteriors; and attached two and three-car garages. Three model homes are open daily for touring.

One of builder Gallagher and Henry's most popular plans has been the 2,517-square-foot Ashford. It features a large island kitchen and breakfast room that is open to the family room.

Other highlights of the Ashford, priced from $442,300, include four bedrooms; 2½ baths; two-story foyer: large living room with bay window; separate dining room; 13¼- by 21-foot family room; master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower; three secondary bedrooms served by a full hall bath; second-floor laundry; 9-foot first-floor ceilings; full basement; and attached two-car garage.
