Kane County

• A chain saw and tool box valued at $600 were stolen from TMJ Fasteners Inc., 1N275 LaFox Road in LaFox during a break-in at the business reported at midnight Tuesday.

• A mailbox on the 39W800 block of Reindeer Lane in Campton Township was reported damaged at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday.

• A portable nebulizer valued at $250 was reported stolen out of an unlocked 1997 Saturn parked on the 43W600 block of Timbercrest Lane in Blackberry Township at 3:33 p.m. Wednesday.

• A 9-mm handgun and $3,000 worth of jewelry was stolen out of a home on the 46W000 block of Ellithorpe Road in Burlington Township during a break-in at the home reported at 9 a.m. Oct. 19. A garden statute was thrown through a glass door to enter the home.

• A resident of the 34W600 block of Colley Drive in St. Charles Township reported his trash container and his driveway were damaged by a company he hired to blacktop his driveway. Damage is estimated at $150.
