Durbin supports illegal immigrants

Illinois Democrat Sen. Richard Durbin has voted once again "pro-illegal" immigration.

Recently he opposed an amendment offered by Sen. David Vitter (H.R. 3093) that would have denied a popular federal police grant to cities that adopt "sanctuary" policies that prohibit police from reporting illegal aliens to the feds.

Had the amendment passed, we could have seen an end to sanctuary policies across the country. It would be unlikely that any city (for example, Chicago) would give up federal funding to provide sanctuary for illegal aliens.

When Sen. Durbin asks for your vote in his upcoming re-election, ask him if he believes in our country's sovereignty; his votes on illegal immigration issues indicate otherwise.
