Vandals show their twisted priorities

Yes, there is vandalism in the suburbs; some of it is directed against African Americans who are peacefully living their lives (they hope) as respectable citizens. However, they find their residences and/or places of employment marred by spray paint, etc. What is the matter with me? It seems to me that it is those who destroy other's property who are guilty of crime, not the people living in a house or those working for a living.

I doubt that anyone fighting in Iraq says to his black comrade, "You can't fight beside me or save me when I am wounded!" Misguided Americans should get their priorities straight: It is not the color of your skin that is so important, it is how you live your life.
