Moment of silence yields cool fantasy

I thought this was a bad idea, but I gave it a try anyway. Today during my moment of silence I dreamt about what it might be like to live in a state that had a real, functioning state government! I dreamt that the governor liked people and didn't steal their money. The senators of my state weren't paid for by those mean old nasty utility companies and we paid for things by doing this really cool thing called budgeting. Then, I woke up. I guess a moment of silence was a pretty good idea after all.
