Sales office now in Roslin Reserve models

Roslin Homes has moved its sales office into its three new decorated models at Roslin Reserve in Oswego.

Located on the east side of town on land near the Fox Bend Golf Course, the builder offers ten semi-custom plans base-priced from $345,900 to $405,900. Offering 3,012 to 3,943 square feet of living space, these homes are located in a master-planned community, with access to a Junior Olympic-size swimming pool, clubhouse, hiking trails and sand volleyball court.

Roslin Reserve, when completed, will include 74 customizable, single-family homes built on home sites that average a quarter of an acre. A few of the lots back a golf course or protected wetlands.

Every Roslin home exterior is finished in wood siding. All homes feature kitchens with a full appliance package (gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and refrigerator), nine-foot first floor ceilings, ceramic floor tile and hardwood flooring, energy efficient 13 Seer central air conditioner and 90 percent efficient gas furnace.

Upgrades include Zodiac, Stonite or granite countertops, additional hardwood flooring, whirlpool tub in master bathroom, security alarm system, central vacuum, additional fireplaces, butler pantry and computer networking cable.

All Roslin Reserve homeowners are members of the Churchill Club and have the opportunity to own a membership and use the sports center and clubhouse located in the community.

Roslin Reserve in Oswego is located at the intersection of Wolf's Crossing Road, one block west of Douglas Road. To visit, take Route 59 to Ogden Avenue (Route 34) and head west to Route 30. Turn left on Route 30, then right on Wolf's Crossing Road. After heading approximately 2 miles west on Wolf's Crossing Road, look for the sales center on the north side of the street.
