Condo showcase to include incentives

Deep discounts and incentives will be offered at a free event this weekend as condo developers from all over Chicagoland showcase their properties at two locations.

The Condo Expo kicks off at noon today at The Hyatt Regency O'Hare, 9300 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. in Rosemont and at noon Sunday at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, 2233 S. King Drive in Chicago.

At least 20 developers will be representing a wide variety of condominiums for sale. The line-up includes conversions, new construction and pre-construction, ranging in price from under $100,000 to over $1 million. The discounts and incentives being offered will be available only on the two days of the Condo Expo.

"For buyers and investors this is an unprecedented gathering of choices," says Brian Kuzdas, owner of OwnACondo.com, the company sponsoring the event.
