Last week: Larkin 53, Elgin 35; Lake Park 36, East Aurora 3.

Outlook: A good game featuring Elgin back Kenny Williams, who has college aspirations, and a Lake Park squad that behind quarterback Larry Nawrot and running backs Kevin Thomas and Chris Jasinski -- each over 100 yards rushing last week -- has found some offense. Elgin athletes Williams, quarterback Tim Roth and fullback-linebacker Jamal Cook will make Lake Park defend the whole field and Williams on kick returns. Defensively, Lancers linebackers Chris Buonavolanto, Ryan Gerts and Rocky Sansone have been sound, but Elgin is better than Streamwood or East Aurora. The Maroons won't forgive blown assignments or dropped passes. The finale for Lancers seniors like linemen Sal Acevedo and Bob Hauschildt.
