Gore merits honor for his vital work

Kudos to Former Vice President Al Gore, for winning the Nobel Peace Prize for his extraordinary and groundbreaking work in advancing environmental awareness, throughout the world, and especially in the United States.

Bush, could have won the honor himself if he had used the remarkable position he holds, to enhance the defense of our global environment. Sadly, the man who holds the key to the most valuable resources has chosen to waste them on an ill-conceived idea, which has brought about the ruin of the irreplaceable artifacts of an ancient civilization, Iraq, and the daily lives of the people who inherited that land, the Iraqis.
