Plaza on New York plans VIP weekend
Residents of Plaza on New York Condominiums in Aurora will find maintenance-free living, sought-after amenities, and flexible floor plans -- including a penthouse with 10-foot ceilings with gourmet kitchen and wet bar.
A VIP preview weekend, slated for Oct. 19-20, promises savings of up to $10,000, plus a free 42-inch plasma screen TV.
The offer is only for those who schedule an appointment, available at www.theplazaonnewyork.com. More than 500 prospective buyers have already signed up.
The VIP weekend also allows first selection of the 93 units in the premier Carnegie Building.
The Plaza condos, priced from $190,000, feature a square footage range of 1,017 to 1,630 and floor plans that range from one bedroom and one bath; to two bedrooms, a bonus den and two baths.
The residences include 9-foot ceilings; GE refrigerators, washers and dryers; ceramic floors; designer doors and trim; Kohler plumbing fixtures; balconies and patios; and an indoor parking space (additional spaces are available).
Kitchen amenities include 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, pantries, and either a breakfast bar or an island.
Each condo comes with one storage space, which is conveniently located on the same floor as the residence. Additional storage spaces are available.

To get to the Plaza on New York from I-88, take Route 59 south about 2½ miles to New York Street, then go west on New York Street to the sales center, which is on the north side of the street.
