Edward R. James Homes has opened a decorated model, the Coventry, at Waterbury Place, a 31-acre community in Buffalo Grove.

Located at Route 22 and Waterbury Lane, Waterbury Place includes single-family homes, duplexes, townhouses and row houses, surrounded by ponds with fountains and a landscaped park.
