Developer offering homes at two sites
Par Development Inc. is selling single-family home sites in Fairway View Estates in Algonquin and Gilberts Town Center in Gilberts.
The sites averaging one-third-acre in size at both communities with prices starting at $115,000 at Fairway View Estates and $120,000 at Gilberts Town Center.
"There are only 16 of the original 58 home sites remaining at Fairway View Estates and only 12 total home sites offered at Gilberts Town Center," said Charles Lorenz, president for Par Development Inc.
Buyers can build a home with Par or bring in their own builders.
Fairway View Estates, on Algonquin Road and Fairway View Drive, is a secluded community bordered to the west by the Terrace Hill golf course and to the north by the Boulder Ridge golf club. The development features three ponds, a protected wetland area and acres of mature trees.
Buyers may choose from a collection of ranch and two-story home designs offered by Par that range from 2,237 to 3,705 square feet. They have three to five bedrooms, two to four baths, full basements and attached two or three-car garages.
Fairway View Estates' children attend Algonquin District 300 schools, including Jacobs High School, Westfield Middle School and Lincoln Prairie Elementary School.

Gilberts Town Center, off Route 72, is a master-planned community that will include townhouses, duplexes and several series of single-family homes when complete. Par Development Inc. is offering 12 single-family home sites priced from $120,000 as well as 138 maintenance-free ranch and two-story duplexes.
Par offers plans ranging from more than 2,200 square feet to nearly 3,800 square feet, with 2½ or three-car garages. Again, buyers are encouraged to purchase home sites and bring in the builder of their choice.
Children will attend schools in District 300, including Sleepy Hollow Elementary School, Dundee Middle School and Jacobs High School.
