Carillon at Stonegate offers lots of choices

Buyers at least 55 years old have plenty of choices in Carillon at Stonegate, a Cambridge Homes' resort style community in Aurora.

Currently, more than 30 home sites are available including a number of private cul-de-sac locations. Buyers can choose from five different Resort series single-family home plans ranging from 1,738 to 2,322 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to 2½ baths and two-car attached garages, priced currently from $303,000 to $332,000.

Every plan is available with an optional basement and sun room. Four model homes are open for viewing.

The community is immediately west of the Stonebridge golf course and just south of the Illinois Prairie Path.

Currently, more than 225 residents live in Carillon at Stonegate, and more than half of the 325 single-family homes have been sold.

All homes will be Energy Star certified at the highest level, which means they will be at least 50 percent more efficient than is called for by the 2004 International Energy Conservation Code.
