Extension increasing condo access
A new tollway interchange will make for easy access to Goodings Grove condominiums in Homer Glen.
The 143rd Street interchange on the North-South Tollway (I-355) extension, scheduled to open in November, will link residents to jobs in the city and northwest suburbs in record time.
Goodings Grove already has shopping, restaurants, medical facilities and a health club within walking distance.
The new maintenance-free condominiums start at less than $300,000.
Goodings Grove offers semi-custom single-family homes and 96 maintenance-free condominiums in six buildings.
The first two buildings are selling homes priced from the $260,000s. The third building is expected to open for sales later this month. Two professionally-decorated models are open daily for touring.
