Cops should take care with Tasers

A Taser is one of many weapons on a cop's belt. But are these police officers reaching for their Tasers too soon?

They are reaching for a lethal weapon, shooting out 50,000 volts of electricity to apprehend a suspect, not to punish them. These officers are taking Taser use way too far. They are forgetting their duties.

Tasers should be put away immediately after victim is in custody. There really is no time for any other decision. Police officers need to be aware of every second.

Police officers should be inclined to use their Tasers only if necessary; for example, resisting arrest would be a time to use the Taser.
