Abortion is legal, but it is inhumane

This is in response to Susan Schafer and Valerie Ivanhoff, who did not think it was right for a Daily Herald letter writer to compare dog fighting to abortion. I was appalled to the comments made by Susan who said "A person who would breed dogs and watch them fight to death must have mental deficiencies compared to Jeffrey Dahmer," but does not have an issue with a mother murdering her child! She considers abortion a medical procedure between a doctor and a woman, which is true, but that woman has decided to end her child's life! She says the dogs are defenseless animals; what about the unborn baby being aborted?

Abortion may be legal, but it is more cruel and inhumane than the dog fighting.

Susan's last comment was correct: "Where have all our standards gone?"

Some people are more upset about a dog's life being senselessly taken than a human life!
