Shanahan should be back at BATV
Batavia BATV17 provides a service unique to our community. The recent action by the board of directors to release program director Dan Shanahan is indeed startling. Dan has shepherded this station through many years of growth. The quality of programming has improved steadily under his direction.
I fear the board has stilled a voice that deserves to be heard. I hope the board will reconsider their action. Batavians appreciate the luxury of a local channel which presents diverse points of view.
