Learn about upcoming events for Elgin Jaycees

As part of the current membership drive, the Elgin Jaycees will host Illinois Jaycees President Denise Lenz at the general meeting at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the American Legion, 820 N. Liberty St. in Elgin. This event is free, open to the public and families are welcome.

The Elgin Jaycees will discuss upcoming events. Upcoming projects include an international microlending project, a contest for Elgin's Best Pizza and other fundraisers.

The Elgin Jaycees, a chapter of the U.S. Junior Chamber founded in 1946, is a leadership training organization for those age 18 to 40.
