Give your ideas for new park

The community is invited to attend the second park planning meeting, sponsored by the Elgin Parks and Recreation Department, for the park in the Copper Springs subdivision

This meeting will take place at 7 p.m. today as a part of the rescheduled monthly meeting of the Elgin Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. The meeting will take place in the West Conference Room, in the lower level of The Centre of Elgin, 100 Symphony Way.

This will be the second in a series of meetings that will be held to determine how this park site will be developed. The park site is between South Water Road, Cooper Springs Lane and Kyra Lane. For information, call Verdelle Corn at (847) 931-6126.
