Sanctuary Club makes great 1st impression

Rough-hewn stone pillars and elegant hanging lanterns beckon at the neighborhood entrance to The Sanctuary Club, a community of 62 homes at Kemper Lakes Golf Course in Kildeer.

Model homes are under construction in the community, built by Jacobs Homes.

"For so long, we've been planning the details of this amazing property, refining blueprints and perfecting the architecture. It's truly a treat to see this dream come to fruition," said Keith Jacobs, president of Jacobs Homes.

The luxury community will feature six floor plans with 18 exteriors. Designs include ranch plans and two-story designs with three to four bedrooms, 3½ to 4½ baths and 2,800 to 4,300 square feet. Prices range from $799,900 to $1.1 million.

Careful thought was given to the location of the homes within the community, Jacobs said. Set along the fairways of Kemper Lakes Golf Course, most of the home sites have views of open green space, West Lake or the 14th, 15th and 16th golf holes.

The interiors will include welcoming foyers with soaring ceilings, oversized dining rooms and first- and second-floor family rooms. Other options include photo galleries for showcasing family memories or art, walk-out and English basements, butler's and walk-in pantries, walk-in closets, libraries, offices, master sitting rooms, wood-burning fireplaces, master baths with oversized whirlpool tubs and commercial-grade kitchens including Viking appliances designed with the gourmand in mind.
