Take advantage of Toll Days

If you are searching for a new home, you don't want to miss Toll Advantage Days hosted by Toll Brothers, America's luxury home builder from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., September 29 and 30, at Hawthorn Woods Country Club and six other communities.

Experts will be on hand to explain construction technology and allow potential buyers a peek behind the scenes to discover state-of-the art building techniques and learn how Toll Brothers homes are built from start to finish.

Chef Guy Jacobucci, owner of Savoia T'Go in Palatine will be entertaining guests with a cooking demonstration in the Carmel model home showcasing the advantages of using a Viking® six-burner range and convection microwave. Guests are invited to taste samples of his culinary feast on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 2 p.m.

In addition, visitors are invited to participate in educational workshops on landscape design, mortgage options, and new home technology.

"Whether you're buying a new home now, or plan to in the future, Sept. 29 and 30 are the two days you can have all your questions answered," stated Andy Stern, Senior Vice President.

Toll Brothers construction managers will conduct guided tours of a home in every stage of construction to teach buyers all about the building process. Since the home will be partially complete, visitors will see exposed framing, mechanicals, insulation and partial drywall. Benefits of name brand products such as Andersen® wood windows, Kohler® plumbing fixtures, Bruce® hardwood floors, GE® appliances and Shaw® carpeting will be discussed.

In addition to touring the lavishly decorated Carmel model, visitors can also walk through the Quick Delivery Carlton and Elkins homes, as well as two private residences -- the Chesapeake and Hampton. Three beautifully decorated townhouses and the stunning Muirfield Golf Villa model home are also open for touring.

Since home automation is important to new home buyers, a Toll Brothers' representative will discuss the latest in Smart home technology including speaker systems, home automated lighting, intercoms, security systems and a complete home networking system in the beautifully decorated Carmel model.

Toll Brothers' mortgage expert, TBI Mortgage® Company, will offer advice on different ways to finance a new home and discuss today's financing options on how to obtain the best mortgage terms for your home.

Recognizing that beautiful communities are a Toll Brothers' legacy, there will be a landscape architect providing tips on landscaping and how to create maximum curb appeal. Refreshments will be on hand and everyone is welcome to stop by for lunch.
