Lincoln Station nears close-out with 13 left

Cambridge Homes has sold all but 13 of the 134 townhouses at Lincoln Station in Oswego.

Currently, seven quick delivery homes from the Seaboard series are available for purchase.

The Seaboard Series features three court-style town home plans including a two-story raised ranch with a main-level master bedroom suite and two tri-level designs. They offer 1,483 to 1,757 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms, two to 2½ baths, two-car attached garages, finished lower level bonus rooms and air conditioning. The available quick delivery homes include upgraded features such as flooring, carpeting, cabinets and countertops, as well as a number of other special items, with prices ranging currently from $195,850 to $232,790.

Lincoln Station is located on Route 30 just south of Route 34. The development features a nature area with a bike path going around it, and nearly half of the 29-acre community consists of natural conservation areas.

The Seaboard series building exteriors include masonry to create street appeal. The homes feature carefree living in which the exterior maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, snow removal and hazard insurance is provided for a monthly fee.

Models homes of all three Seaboard Series plans are open for viewing. The three plans are:

• The Norfolk. This tri-level, 1,483 square-foot plan features two bedrooms plus a loft or available dual master bedrooms, 2½ baths, living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area and sliding glass door to a wood deck, master bedroom with adjoining bath and available volume ceiling, main level laundry room and finished lower level bonus room, base priced currently from $190,500.

• The Charleston. A 1,597 square-foot two-story raised ranch plan with two bedrooms, two baths, lower level that includes a family room, a study/bedroom and a bath, dining room with sliding glass door to a wood deck, kitchen with pantry, living room with volume ceiling and a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and adjoining bath, priced currently from $216,980.

• The Wilmington. This tri-level, 1,757 square-foot design features two bedrooms plus loft or a third bedroom option, 2½ baths, living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry and breakfast area with sliding glass door to a wood deck, upper level laundry area, master bedroom with available volume ceiling and a private bath, and finished lower level bonus room, priced currently from $212,420.

Lincoln Station is served by Oswego District 308 schools including Wolf's Crossing Elementary School, Bednarcik Junior High School and Oswego High School.
